All price lists are subject to alteration without notice. Goods are invoiced at prices ruling at the date of despatch and orders are deemed to be placed on this basis. Prices on the website are in pounds sterling.
By submission of the order the customer accepts these terms and conditions and authorises “Salts & Co” through Paypal to take payment for products selected.
Correct delivery names and address must be supplied otherwise “Salts & Co” can not be held responsible for any delays occurred as a result of this.
Should you not receive a confirmation email, we ask that you contact us as the order may not have been processed.
In the event of an item being out of stock we reserve the right to substitute it for a similar item, we will try to contact you and advise you, where time allows.

Salts & Co’s Cancellation, Returns, Refund Policies

Once the goods have been dispatched they are unable to be amended or cancelled.
There is no contract between “Salts & Co” and the customer until “Salts & Co” accepts the customers order, until that time “Salts & Co” has the right to cancel any customer order.
Once the delivery has been accepted “Salts & Co” are no longer responsible for the goods. Refunds cannot be given if the product is not passed to the named recipient.
Claims for products that are delivered damaged must be reported within 7 days of delivery date.
In the event we are unable to dispatch your order we will offer you a full refund. “Salts & Co” cannot be held liable for any consequences or costs arisen further than that of the full amount paid for the products.
In the unlikely event that a product is delivered incorrectly or faulty please contact us and we will deal with the situation immediately for you.

This service is by no way guaranteed or traceable, if you wish to have a guaranteed service please choose Special Delivery Guaranteed By 1pm.

Special Delivery Guaranteed By 1pm £7.99

Orders up till 3pm will be sent out same day, if you require this service and want it delivered on a particular day please contact us to advise the day of dispatch.

Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be processed the following working day.

No deliveries will be made on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs due to failed or delayed deliveries.

All special delivery items are delivered by Royal Mail and need to be signed for, if no one is available to sign then a card will be left and it will be returned to the post office for the recipient to collect or to rearrange delivery, we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries if no one is available to sign for it.

If no one is available to sign when the goods are delivered, the delivery company will not attempt to re-deliver on the same day.

We cannot take responsibility for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions, industrial action, incorrectly supplies address details, strikes, natural disasters, industrial accidents, road accidents, or terrorist activity.

Lost or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery date.
